For example, using highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating materials not only improves the handle's feel and aesthetics but also significantly enhances the color's resistance to wear and chemical corrosion.

During production, a rigorous quality control system must be established to test the color uniformity and durability of each batch of products. Precision instruments such as colorimeters can be used to quantitatively assess color deviation, ensuring products meet design requirements. Simultaneously, long-term aging tests simulate the light, temperature, and humidity conditions of real-world use to evaluate color retention time, providing a basis for continuous product improvement.

Furthermore, packaging and storage are crucial. TPU granules and finished handles should be stored in a dry, cool environment, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures to prevent color changes due to environmental factors. Packaging materials should include light-blocking and moisture-proof bags or containers to provide comprehensive protection for the product.
